ClockOps Terms of Service
By using ClockOps, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ClockOps is provided as a tool for generating and managing timesheets. You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must not: - Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity - Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform - Misrepresent yourself or submit false information
Some features require you to log in using a third-party provider (e.g., Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You agree not to share access with others or impersonate someone else.
By using ClockOps, you agree that your usage and stored timesheet data may be used internally to improve our service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ClockOps does not sell user data or disclose it to third parties unless legally required.
If you choose to store your timesheets in the cloud, you are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data you submit. You may delete your cloud-stored data at any time through your account. We reserve the right to remove data that violates these Terms.
We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or changes.
All content, branding, and code related to ClockOps are owned by the ClockOps team or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also stop using the Service at any time.
ClockOps is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including data loss, missed time entries, or software errors.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
